What is F1 in Schools?
F1 in Schools is a thrilling, multi-disciplinary international tournament hosted by Formula One with competitors from all around the world ranging in age from 11 to 19. Teams from various nations are asked to use CAD (Computer Aided Develop) and CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) technology to design and produce their own tiny F1 vehicles. These compressed carbon dioxide gas-powered automobiles will compete on a 20-meter circuit while being judged on a variety of factors. Taking the standard of manufacturing and the speed of automobiles as examples. Teams must also create a strategic marketing plan in order to build relationships with companies and acquire enough sponsorship money.
